  • Phase one of this Mediterranean remodel was the exterior facade. The stucco was completely refinished. A traditional clay tile roof was installed with copper gutters and fittings. Custom designed overhangs replaced previous cloth awnings. The iron railings and hand painted tile risers add great style to this modern Mediterranean.
  • Five patterns of 'Fireclay' hand glazed tiles alternate up three levels of stairs. The neutral pavers add texture for design and function. They weather naturally and provide a porous surface for safe footing.
  •               Landscaping is next and then we get to start the interior remodel. Stay tuned!
  • The old deck railing was replaced with a solid wall. It helps break the ocean winds but still allows total vistas. The stucco texture is considered a 'Cat's Paw' design and the color was integrated into the materials before applying. Nature adds the wonderful patina.
  •    New windows, light fixtures and entry doors were added for great style details.
